Having fitted these for many years now in store and going by what Salt-Water advise, we recommend going up a full size in the Sun-San range.

To get an idea for how they 'should' fit, this is what Salt-Water say...

‘The sweetheart is fully adjustable with buckled toe and ankle straps. Just as robust as the Surfer but a little bit 'girlier'. Before you put them on for the first time, stretch out the toe straps and gently bend the sole to ease.’
